Super Fun Math Task

Our goal for Maths this week is to:

Communicate and interpret locations and directions, using compass directions, distances, and grid references.
Our task was to go on this site called Google My Maps and find where Kaiapoi Pa was and then find Ōnawe Pa and figure out the most direct route. We had to find out the most fastest way to get to Ōnawe Pa from Kaiapoi Pa on the water and walking. I have also figured out the Co ordinates for both Pa's here they are. Kaiapoi Pa 43.225.5 172.392.E Ōnawe Pa 43.77.5
172.925.E

This is the most direct route
We are heading South east

This the most direct root for on the water
We are also heading South east

This for walking on land.
You are also heading South east

Thanks for reading. Have you been to a pa site?
